Canada Orders Only:

Essentials Hoodie offers returns on most merchandise for Canadian customers within 7 days of the delivery date.

Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Please note that a restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

How to Return:

To start a return, email us at orders@essentialshoodiecanada.store. Our support team will review your claim and send you a return label if approved. Be sure to include the reason for return and your order number in your email.

Once your return is ready, drop it off at your local post office. All returns are shipped to our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to arrive. After it’s received, it will be processed within 2-3 business days, and you’ll be notified via email once your refund is issued. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment method.


International Returns:

Essentials Hoodie accepts international returns, but all associated fees are the customer’s responsibility. Contact orders@essentialshoodiecanada.store for an unpaid return label if your claim is approved.


Canada Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for different sizes of the original item(s) purchased, with no return shipping or restocking fee. If you want a different style, you’ll need to place a new order. To initiate an exchange, email orders@essentialshoodiecanada.store.


International Exchanges:

Essentials Hoodie does not offer exchanges on international orders.


Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please check with your bank. If there are still issues, contact us at support@essentialshoodiecanada.store.


Missing Items:

Please carefully check the package for any missing items. If items were shipped separately, you should have received separate tracking numbers. If something is still missing, email support@essentialshoodiecanada.store with photos of the shipping label, box, and a description of the issue, including your order number.


Lost Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows the package was delivered to the correct address, no refund will be issued for stolen or misplaced packages. Contact support@essentialshoodiecanada.store for assistance.


Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it, including modifications to delivery address or payment method. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, you may be able to cancel within 24 hours.
